My friend Alicia sent this video to me off of You Tube that is absoloutly hilarious!!  She is also a mommy of twins and knew Mike and I would appreciate this video clip.  I just want to stress how accurate this video dialogue is in comparison to our own lives...enjoy!

Our First Santa Pictures

We decided to go shopping at the Everett Mall in search for some new shoes.  We noticed that the Santa Photo station was open so we wondered over to look at the hours of operation.  Low-and-Behold...Santa was there all by himself, and he walked straight over to the babies and started playing with them.  He was the cutest most jolly Santa I have ever met!!  On a whim we decided to take pictures with him.  Shaine cried a bit because she's starting to recognize people who are not mommy and daddy, but the elves were able to snap a pretty good picture.  Santa did not want to give up Johnny.  Little Johnny just smiled and Santa let him play with his whiskers.  It was awesome that we were able to take our time and enjoy the moment without all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas shoppers.

IT'S OFFICIAL!!!!!

It is now OFFICIAL!!!!!  Shaine is crawling at 8 months.  On Sunday the twins were spending some one-on-one time with daddy when Shaine started to throw herself forward, land on her hands, and then drop to her belly.  On Monday morning she started crawling.  She now crawls a few steps then stops.  She can also go from the sitting position to crawling, and from crawling to sitting.  As for Johnny...well, he's not up on his hands and knees yet, but he tries moving by kicking his arms and legs.  It kind of looks like he's trying to swim on land.  I'll post some more pictures and videos soon.

Halloween Evening

Halloween was a fun filled evening for the Dragland family.  The twins were in bed by 6:45 and daddy and mommy were able to hand out candy and scare a few kiddos.  Below is a video of some trick-or-treaters already out and about before dark.   Mike and I were still setting up for the evening when they arrived.  You can't see Mike very well, but he's wearing a pretty scary costume.  There is also a very short and hard to view video of some kids running away from our house before they even got candy!! ---The weather has also been very nice so I shot a couple pictures of the twins hanging out.
