IT'S AUSSIE TIME!!!!!

This weekend was pretty busy for the twins, but all the fun was for our dog Blue. We went up to Bellingham and spent time with grandma and grandpa and their dogs...Bear, Lacey, and Abby. All the pups went swimming while we sat back and enjoyed. The kiddos love the dogs. There's a short video of all of us out on the water. Mike was carrying Shaine and I had Johnny. On Sunday we took the twins and Blue out to Marymoor Park for some more doggy time. It was so much fun watching Blue swim and play, and Mike and I ran into 3 people with twins. Today(Mon.) we worked on our yard while Johnny and Shaine hung out in their walkers. They're so dang cute in those walkers!!!!!

Sitting Up

Johnny surprised dad and I last night when he decided to sit up on his own. Although he used his new musical toy to lean on he never leaned to the side or fell over. He did this all on his own. We want to thank Brenda Roy soooo much for passing on all her daughter's wonderful toys. Even though the kiddos are still a little too young for some of them, they sure do love the flashing lights and music.

Moving & Grooving

The twins have been keeping us pretty busy lately. Both babies roll so much we have to stay with them at all times otherwise they end up under a bed, couch, or roll into something. It will be no time before they start crawling. Shaine is also a mover and groover in her walker. Not only does she roll all over the hardwood floors, but she'll walk her way onto the carpet as well. Little Johnny just rolls backwards, but he'll get it soon enough. The twins stay together all the time, and we're starting to experience our first taste of sibling rivalry. They take each other's toy's and fuss over them. It's pretty funny right now, but not looking forward to it when they get older. Shaine even tries to walk over to Johnny and take his toys off his walker, but she can't reach...TOY HOG!!! We also went to Grandpa Dick's surprise birthday party where Ross and daddy pretended to give the kiddos some alcohol...silly, silly. Wish we had more pictures, but were too busy mingling. So I posted some random pics and videos from the past week, and also snapped a picture of our other kitty Fuzzy.

A Busy Weekend

This past weekend we stayed pretty busy. It was Brayden's 1st birthday party and the twins spent a little time with their cousins. I posted some random pictures and video's of the twins from the past few days. We do allot of activities during the day. Working out on the floor, swings, bumbo chairs, walker's, and some reading time. By the end of the day the kiddos are pretty tired. We can't forget the family pets. I was able to get a good picture of Lil "G", our gray kitty, but Fuzzy was nowhere to be found. --And of course Blue is always hanging around. The babies just love him!!! I've been trying to get a video of them following Blue around the room smiling and reaching out to him. Mike and I also weighed the twins yesterday and Johnny weighs 14lbs., and Shaine 13lbs. By the way daddy...we're so glad to have you home and it was so nice to spend an entire weekend with you. Mike and I were finally able to go out for a nice dinner--no babies. It was the first time in 7 months. We love you Daddy!!!!

Helping the Economy

It's time for a baby update. By the end of 3 months Shaine was already rolling, but at 5 months Shaine and Johnny are rolling all over the place. Both babes also like to sleep on their tummy's and there's not much we can do about that. We also need to thank aunt Sherry for getting Shaine to stand on her feet. All Shaine and Johnny want to do is stand on their feet...ofcourse with the help of mommy and daddy. These kiddos are growing fast and getting pretty active. It wouldn't surprise us if they started walking before they crawl. Their restlessness has forced us to do some shopping so we decided to go out and shop at some garage sales. We have bought 2 bumbos, 2 walkers, over 20 books, numerous baby clothes(some brand new), a book shelf/coat hanger that matches the nursery, another walker/glider, baby toys, and a water hose container for under $20.00. YES...that's right folks...under $20.00. Not only are we saving TONS of money, but we're helping out our friends and neighbors. Children grow out of things so fast people are just giving it away. Mike and I have decided to become avid garage sale shoppers. I'll be sure to post some photos and videos of the twins cruising around the house with their new toys!!

Family Visit

My family came from California to visit the twins. We did a few things like going to the park and an Everett Aqua Sox Baseball game. It was bark in the park so Blue came along too. Here are some pics of the twins with their cousins Adara & Sarah, and grandma Kay.

The babes are really wanting to sit up so now we have our high chairs. Man do they love their chairs....they have toys that connect to them and they just sit and play...and ofcourse eat.
