The Kangaroo Farm

It was so nice to have wonderful weather over Labor Day weekend.  We took the kids to the Kangaroom Farm in Arlington which is about 30 mins. from our house.  It was a really neat experience for the whole family.  While we waited outside the gates for the tour to begin many animals walked freely among us like Peacocks, chickens, and ducks.  There were also cute Lemers, a huge Turkey, and a pretty big Donkey.  The kids loved the Llamas, and the Wallabys.  For those of you who have never touched a kangaroo or wallaby let me just tell you...they are extremely soft...like silky soft.  It was really cool.

 The Llama's took their food right from your mouth.  They were extremely gentle.
