11 MONTHS OLD TODAY!!!!!!!
YEAH!!! Johnny and Shaine are 11 months old today. We just can't believe they're going to be one soon. Holy cow has time flew by. The babies are growing in so many ways. The 2nd baby-gate has officially been moved to the bottom of the stairs. Every time I walk up the stairs Johnny & Shaine start climbing up, ...and fast! Within seconds Shaine was on the 4th step...whew...I almost had a heart attack. She's definitely a little smarty pants. She won't sit still in the bathtub. She crawls all around in the water and tries getting up on her knees reaching for the shampoo bottle, and whatever else she can get her little fingers on. Johnny on the other hand has become a go-getter. He stands up on everything! I mean everything!! He's just as wild in the bath tub, but does allot more splashing. We have to suit up with rain gear when it comes to his bathing. I also caught Johnny climbing up on the outside of his walker and pushing it along the kitchen floor. I was lucky to get a short video of him pushing Shaine while she was on her scooter. I have a feeling he just might start walking on his own before his sister. I posted some pictures and videos of the kiddos from this past week.

Sunday at the Park
Late Sunday afternoon we decided to head out to our neighborhood park with the twins. It was the first time they took a ride on park swings and boy did they love it!! Johnny and Shaine started to cry when we took them off the swings. Mike and I couldn't help but laugh. It was so adorable knowing they were having such a great time. We're very proud, happy, and thankful for our babies. WE LOVE YOU JOHNNY & SHAINE!!!! Thank you for making our lives beautiful, and thank you Jesus for allowing us to watch over your children. WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Getting into Everything
The babies are getting more and more brave. Now that they crawl everywhere, and stand-up on everything they've decided to expand their horizons. Boy do we have to keep a sharp eye on the two of them. Not only are getting around allot more, but man are those little kiddos FAST! Shaine and Johnny follow one another so it's definitely double-trouble. We usually keep the dog's kennel closed during the day, but mommy forgot and there's a picture below to show you what happens. Daddy also let the babes crawl on the kitchen floor while putting away dishes. Well, there is also a picture of what could happen when babies are let loose. Johnny and Shaine are also climbing stairs so another baby-gate will be going up shortly.

Things are happening FAST!!!!
Many things are happening so fast I'm not sure where to begin? Well, let's start with Johnny. He's pulling himself up to stand, he can push himself on his scooter, and he likes to hold his own bottle. He can also drink with a sippy cup, but he still has to figure out how to lift both bottle and cup high enough to get a drink when the liquids run low. Everyday he does something silly that makes us laugh. I think we might have a class clown on our hands.
Well, Shaine is learning things so quickly! When I was changing her diaper she picked up her brush and tried brushing her hair!! It's was so awesome and exciting! She's also attempting to walk. She's figuring out how to put her shapes through the holes, and loves her stuffed animals. I can on about all the little things she's starting to do, but the most funny thing I saw today was Shaine grabbing a toothbrush and trying to comb her hair with it. She's so sweet and changing so much everyday.
Both babes love their books! They know exactly where their books are located in each room. They will pull the books down and open them, and then look at us as to say,"we're ready for you to read us a story." The kiddos have absolutely no interest in the T.V., and I couldn't be more happier about that. I'm sure in time they'll get plenty of television and movies, but now I enjoy all the interaction I can get. Although,...the twins do have two talking toys...Elmo, and Barney. When either character is on t.v., they both stop in their tracks to watch for a few seconds. As far as food and feeding goes the babies only eat mommy's cooking. We tried some jar food not too long ago, and they just spit it all out. No red meat yet, just fruits, veggies, chicken, turkey, yogurt and snacks. They both enjoy mommy and daddy rocking them to sleep, and snuggling up in their soft blankets. The best part of mommy and daddy's day is waking up to our little one's morning chatter and smiles.

Learning and Understanding
Something so simple has made mommy soooooooo excited. Shaine has learned how to hand things back to me when I ask. We were playing with rattles yesterday when I dropped mine. I held my hand out and asked her to give it to me...and she did!!!! Now she does it almost everytime I ask!!! It's so sweet. I shot a short video of her handing a ball back to me.

10 Months Old
The twins are 10 months now and boy does time fly. As of now Johnny weighs 19 lbs., and Shaine weighs 17 lbs. with Johnny getting 2 more teeth (8 teeth), and Shaine with just 2.
Shaine is now attempting to walk. She walks along furniture and sometimes will let go and try to walk on her own. She is also using her scooter to stand up and push while walking. It's so amazing to watch how fast she's learning things. She will copy mom and dad allot like waving, pointing, clapping, and throwing her hands in the air. She is also saying "hi". --And of course she likes to give a bunch of different yells experimenting with her voice and noises.
Johnny is now pulling himself up on his knees. He's trying real hard to get up on his feet and it seems his sister is inspiring him. He can also walk with his scooter, but once he stands up he won't sit down unless he falls down by accident. You will also notice that he smiles for every picture that we snap...such a funny little fellow.
