4th of July on Lopez Island

We had a wonderful time spending our holiday weekend on Lopez island with the family.  Grandma and grandpa drove their boat out to Lopez island, and we met them there by the Anacortes ferry.  Although we didn't get to take a ride on the boat, we had a wonderful time watching the kiddos run around and go swimming.  The weather was absolutely gorgeous and the fireworks were spectacular!  Poor little Johnny has a rough time with really loud noises.  He started to cry and wanted to get away from the noise while Shaine just watched in awe and clapped.  Thank you very much grandma and grandpa for inviting us to spend the weekend with you.
